Guillaume started his career in luxury retail being a part of Dior Couture in London, in 2005. Having a real passion for retail and clients’ relationships, he got involved into the creation of the Dior Retail Academy in 2010. Two years later, he became the retail director and earned the responsibility to lead the teams of Dior’s department stores. In 2016, Guillaume was approached by Printemps Haussman to lead the opening of the new Printemps Homme, as a sales director. In 2020, he finally joined The Clothette’s team, where he manages the optimization of client experience, performance management and clienteling.
